REGISTRATION

The site will be open and accessible from October 4 to 26 for face-to-face registrations and from October 4 to 29 for remote registrations.

Presential

The registration fee is € 200 and includes :

• access to the conference,
• coffee breaks,
• lunches (tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday),
  
• relaxation activities (Wednesday afternoon)
• and the conference dinner (Wednesday 3 Nov 8:00 pm) : La Gourmandine 17 place Victor Hugo 31000 Toulouse
  

A moment of relaxation is planned for the afternoon of Wednesday November 3, two activities are available :

1. Guided tour in English of the city of Toulouse (must-sees and great monuments)
2. Self-guided tour of the Cité de l'Espace  (compulsory health pass)

On-line

The registration fee is 50 €.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payment of fees will be possible from October 15.

• Online payment (paybox system) - All credit cards are accepted except American Express. You will be redirected to a secure online payment site after completing the registration form.
